Repair
We hope that you will wear and love your BySimone pieces for many years to come, and are happy to help you maintain or repair or resize your pieces as needed.
- For slip-on bracelets, to re-string will be SGD$10 flat rate, postage to be covered by Singapore customers and USD$15 for international customers.
- Contact us for a quotation for other jewellery that required repair.
Exchange
We apologise all sales are final and we are unable to offer exchange of items.
